Packing for a month

How do you pack for a place where the high is 66 when it is over 90 in Memphis?  If the weather remained the same all summer, that would work, but moving from place to place is a dice game.  It is warmer in Norway today than in our area of France!  Okay, so I will be taking too much, but I plan to leave some items at La Giro.  Perhaps we will get warmer weather eventually, but I would just probably complain about that too.  No matter what, the wine will be the right temperature!
